While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect 24 hour period to process your order. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is verified as in stock. If

items in stock, we can send out what we have immediately We'll contact you when the back-ordered items arrive and ship them to you at no extra
All UPS deliveries must be made to a verifiable and
physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you are not available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult
who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address.
If your order is being delivered to an
office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may
accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by
such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen
items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
Orders which are $75 and over and are shipped with our Free
promotion will be shipped via USPS. If you prefer any other shipping method you will be charged accordingly.
